Keeping Track of Your Students
View Current Students
- Click into a Subject (e.g.
Introduction to the Bible
) - Click
Participants
Menu Item (left of the screen) - Displays all Students who are currently enrolled in the Subject
- There are many ways to view a subset of these Students. The most popular ways are:
- Click on
Show all *number*
to browse all Students - Click on an alphabet for
Firstname
and/orSurname
to find a Student - Use the
Match
facility to find a group of Students- Match
Any
Groups
*Group_Name*
(e.g. "Sydney Study Group") - Click
Apply Filter
- Match
- Click on
Filtering by Group
is very useful, as Teachers and Non-Editing Teachers are often delegated to look after a Group or a set of Groups.
The Groups are decided by your organisation. Please contact your Administrator if you have any questions about these Group or if you notice a Student should/shouldn't be in a particular Group.
tip
Remember to click All
for Firstname
and/or Surname
to see all Students again.
Remember to click Clear filters
to remove all Match
criteria and see all Students again.
View Student Progress
In the Online Classroom, the Students' progress is indicated by two types of activities:
- Notes can be manually ticked as Complete by Students.
- Quiz is automatically ticked as Complete when Students attempt it.
- (Final Exam is also automatically ticked as Complete when Student attempts it)
Teachers and Non-Editing Teachers can view all Student's progress by:
- Click into a Subject (e.g.
Introduction to the Bible
) - Click the Gear Icon (right of the screen; below the User Icon)
- Select

Activity completion
- Displays the completion status of all Activities for all Students

Sub-Tab - Displays all the Quizzes, the two Final Exams and any Additioanl Assessments as columns for all Students

Quizzes are for practice and are non-assessable. It does not matter if Quizzes registered a grade or remains empty; they do not count to the final Grade.
To pass the Subject, each Student must have a passing grade Grade in either Final Exam - Online
or Final Exam - Paper Based
.
Important
If your organisation has opted to have Additional Assessments, these will appear as extra columns in the Grader Report.
Teachers has the responsiblity to mark these Additional Assessments and register a Grade inorder for the Student to pass. Refer to Teacher :: Mark Additional Assessments
