Forgotten your Student ID?

1. Open a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
2. Visit the Online Classroom (i.e. *provider_shortname*.cgmtraining.org)
3. Click Forgotten your username or password?
4. Type your Email in Search by email address / Email address
5. Click Search
6. An email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on how to get access again.

Forgotten your Password?

2. Visit the Online Classroom (i.e. *provider_shortname*.cgmtraining.org)
3. Click Forgotten your username or password?
4. Type your 7-digit Student ID in Search by username / Username
5. Click Search
6. An email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on how to get access again.

Other issues

Please contact your Teacher or your Administrator using the email listed on the Online Classroom, either at the bottom of the login page, or on the right of your Dashboard.
