Withdraw Student Enrolments
There are times where you may need to withdraw a Student's enrolment in a Subject after he/she has been accepted.
Some common situations include:
- When a Student decides to drop out of a Subject.
- When a Student cannot continue due to personal or institutional reasons.
First, if there are grade details you want to preserve, make sure you synchronise the Students' Grades from the Online Classroom into the Student Information System before wihtdrawing their Enrolments. Refer to Administrator :: Manage Grades :: Synchronise Grades in this Quick Start guide.
Then,

(left of the screen) - Click
Filter
and set WhereStudent
contains

- (Click
+ Add condition
to set other filters) - Click
Filter
again to see the records matching the filter conditions- CHECK: If
Grade
has a value, thenStatus
should beCurrent_Graded
- CHECK: If
Grade
is empty, thenStatus
should beCurrent
- CHECK: If
- Change the Enrolment's
Status
fromCurrent
/Current_Graded
toWithdrawan
Warning
The Student's access to this Subject in the Online Classroom will be removed - including access to the Subject content and achievements in this Subject (e.g. grades, quiz/exam attempts, completion certificates).
The Student will still be able to log into the Online Classroom, and access any other enrolled Subjects.

- A popup window will appear. Do not close or hit Esc while this is processing
- Once processing is complete, the popup window will display a System Message and a
Close
button. - Click

to close the popup window - The Student has now been officially withdrawn from the Subject
