Troubleshooting for Administrators

Error Message

As explained in Adminsitrator :: Accept Student Enrolments :: System Messages and Fixing Errors, when using Functions such as Add Registered Users and Process Enrolments, the system may detects problems and the popup window will display an Error Message.

If you cannot undertand the Error Message, or do not know how to resolve the problem, please save a screenshot of the popup window and contact CGM via the Administrator Helpdesk .

System Note

Also explained in Adminsitrator :: Accept Student Enrolments :: System Messages and Fixing Errors, when using Functions such as Add Registered Users and Process Enrolments and the system detects a problem, an accompanying System Note will be recorded in the SIS for the problematic enrolments.

The System Note is fairly detailed in describing the problem.

However, again, if you cannot undertand the System Note, or do not know how to resolve the problem, please note the Student and the Subject of this problem and contact CGM via the Administrator Helpdesk

Administrator Helpdesk

CGM has a Helpdesk for Partner Administrators.

Students queries should be directed to the Teachers or Administrators of your organisation. Any Student submissions to the Administrator Helpdesk will be ignored.

Scheduled Maintenance

A weekly maintenance is scheduled for every Monday between 11:30am to 12:30pm Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time. Necessary fixes and upgrades are carried out by CGM's IT personnel in this window. Since CGM has Partners across the world in different timezones, the timeslot is chosen to minimise the impact on all Partners.

Your Online Classroom will be closed to all Students, Teachers and Administrators during maintenance. The following message will be shown to Users if they visit the Online Classroom during this time:

This site is undergoing scheduled maintenance between 11:30am and 12:30pm AEST/AEDT. Please come back after this time. We appreciate your patience.

Occasionally, urgent maintenance may need to be carried out outside of the weekly schedule. We will notify you of such urgent maintenance as early as possible, and endeavour to minimise the outage for your Students, Teachers and Administrators.
